What is the Shoe Bank?
In 1966 Allen Edmonds opened its first Retail Store in an abandoned bank building near our Wisconsin factory and, appropriately, called this Factory Outlet Store the "Shoe Bank." The Shoe Bank is still selling shoes today. While ShoeBank.com is not currently an e-commerce site, we are proud to now offer the ability to look up which Factory Outlet Stores have those same Factory-Seconds, closeout and discontinued styles available in your size.
What Makes a Factory-Second?
Our Factory-Second shoes contain a minor cosmetic blemish that does not affect the fit, comfort or durability of our shoes. The shoes simply do not pass our exacting standards at one of the various inspection points throughout our 212 step handcrafting process. The savings are passed along to our Allen Edmonds outlet customers.
Introducing Belts to ShoeBank.com
ShoeBank.com now shows belt inventory found across our outlet stores. The belts we offer on ShoeBank.com are both Factory-Second current and closeout styles. Like our shoe offerings on ShoeBank.com, belt styles, colors and sizes may be quite limited and only on-hand inventory is available.

Factory-Second styles and sizes listed are limited to available inventory. Please contact a store to confirm availability. We are not able to accommodate Factory-Second special requests for styles or sizes. All products listed in the Shoe Bank are sold as is.
Shipping & Returns
Simply return unwanted, unworn Factory-Second shoes to us by contacting the store
for a prepaid return label and we will refund the purchase price, less $10 restocking
fee per pair of Factory-Seconds returned or exchanged. You may also return your Factory-Seconds at any Allen Edmonds store. Returns to the Factory Outlet stores are free, but the $10 restocking fee will apply to each pair of Factory-Seconds returned
to our Retail stores.
